Prepayment by VISA or MasterCard is required.
Because of the weight of our products, COD or RUSH ORDERS cannot be accepted. Every effort is made to ship your order within 24 hours. In the event that your item is backordered, you will be notified and given the option to adjust or cancel your order.
Minimums
There are no minimums.
Declined Credit Card
Be certain there are available funds on your credit card before placing an order. Should your credit card be declined, you will be contacted ONCE by email. If no response is received within 48 hours, the order will be canceled.
Cancelled Orders
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done before the order is processed to the shipping department. No exceptions. Order cancellations must be in writing (email or fax notification accepted.) Orders cancelled after shipping will be considered refused deliveries (see below).
Damage Claims
Carton should be opened immediately and inspected for product damage. Damages must be reported to both UPS and TKSEnterprises.com within 48 hours (of receiving your order) for replacement items to be considered. UPS can be contacted at 1-800-PICK-UPS (domestic customer service) or 1-800-782-7892 (international customer service). A UPS representative will contact our company concerning the damage claim. DO NOT discard the shipping carton or any packing material should you find damage. UPS may need to inspect the carton before approving a damage claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise if UPS was unable to inspect the carton. Every effort is made to ensure that your order leaves the warehouse in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we have no control over the handling of a package once it leaves our facility.
Returns
While every effort is made to satisfy our customers needs and concerns, we can not accept returns or make exchanges unless the error is ours. All sales are final, so please order carefully. If you are uncertain about a product, please contact us by e-mail. We will gladly assist you with any questions or concerns.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of an order for any reason other than damage to the carton, the following charges will apply: All shipping/handling, plus a 25% restocking fee. In the event of carton damage, contact both the shipper and TKS Enterprises within 48 hours.
